The tuna carpaccio was AWESOME! The truffle oil really mediates any fishiness and makes it savory and rich. The cut was perfectly executed-- no stringy skin or connective tissue, just all buttery goodness. And who doesn&#039;t love soy sauce with their tuna??



Artichoke kicked ASS. The mustard dip (not shown) was a great idea (and low fat, suckas)



The salmon was really great, and I don&#039;t even prefer poached fish! It flaked off the fork perfectly. Of course, my favorite part was the tomato and fennel chunks. Eric used the fennel bottoms (bulb?) as the sautee partner with the tomatoes and the fennel tops (green thingies) as the sprinkle. Simple and fresh!
